Messaging and design were aligned to reinforce trust and livability, while marketing assets were built to move fluidly across digital, print, and in-person environments. Every decision was made to support growth without fragmenting the brand.

The Founder

Founded in 2021 by Matt Mulligan, Switch Homes was created to challenge conventional approaches to affordable housing. Mulligan’s vision emphasized right-sized homes, energy efficiency, and community-driven design, prioritizing long-term value over excess. That clarity of purpose became a critical driver in shaping both the brand and the systems needed to support its growth.

The Execution

We refined the brand voice to feel clear, human, and intentional, grounded in efficiency and community rather than sales language.

The website was designed as a scalable platform, allowing individual communities to exist within a consistent framework while retaining their own identity. Clean layouts, consistent typography, and restrained color use established a visual language that feels modern, calm, and trustworthy.

Vortex also developed supporting campaign graphics, print materials, showroom assets, and social-ready content—each designed for real-world use and long-term consistency.
