*2/3 of your total SAN Storage use is reserved for backups.
If you exceed your allotted storage you will be billed for each extra gigabyte used at a rate of $3 per gigabyte per month.
This cost includes all storage used for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly backup purposes.

Email Services:

Free Email is available for all hosting plans.
However, Email set up and configuration, both server side and on your client
(Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac-Mail, etc.) is not included with any hosting plan.

Server-side and Client side Email setup and maintenance will be billed at $115/hour for in office/telephone work and
$115/hour plus travel time billed at $65/hour for any onsite work.

We will configure Email accounts on the server and give you or your designated IT person credentials to set up email on the client of your choice.
The configuration of the client is always your responsibility and can be performed by your IT company or by Vortex at the standard rates listed above.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

All hosting accounts which require an admin username and password will require two-factor authentication through a third party.
Charges are $2.00 per month per account.

Spam Services:

If you are plagued by spam, our SPAM Experts services are an excellent addition.
There is a nominal fee of $1.00 per email address per month ($12.00 per year per Email address); which will save untold hours of frustration every month for every address

With a fully controllable spam box, you can blacklist and whitelist email and spam.
We have found this to be very effective and personally, I wouldn’t be without it!
